We believe that rehabilitation, fitness, and health go hand-in-hand. We know that to provide a whole-body approach, time and attention is needed.
Unfortunately, the traditional healthcare model is dependent on treating a large number of patients in a short amount of time. For active people in their 40's, 50's, and 60's, it can be especially difficult to receive quality care in this type of environment.
Tim Varghese, PT, DPT founded Movement Solutions in 2017 provide a higher standard of care. He wanted to to offer an alternative for active adults, ages 40-60's, who:
Specifically, he wanted to help people who had:
In addition, he wanted to provide a setting where clients would feel comfortable with their provider, knowing that working together was a good fit. He found that the types of people that often get the best, most transformative results were ones that:
He understood that these people have important reasons for being active. Ultimately, they want to:
Movement Solutions was founded with the values of the active population in mind. We keep our clients goals at the forefront in order to provide the best service, care, and results possible. We have a people first, patient second philosophy. We emphasize one-to-one care and work to build lasting relationships. We spend the time needed to give excellent care. We make ourselves available to answer questions and take care of our patient's needs. We enjoy getting to know our patients and strive to have their best interest at heart.
Our mission is to help the middle-age population of Greenville overcome pain, move well, and be active so they can live happier and healthier lives. Our process involves hands-on treatment to alleviate pain and discomfort, exercises to restore mobility and movement, and a plan to develop the strength and durability. We want our clients to be active for years to come.
Are you ready to get back to lifting, running, hiking, or sport? Do you want to become more active? If so, we would love to partner with you and help you achieve your goals.
