Yoga at Movement Solutions will be a 60-minute "Power Flow." This class is for those new to yoga. Our sessions will focus on using breath, movement, and postures to develop mobility, balance, and strength. Our class will help active adults, ages 40-60s, incorporate yoga into their fitness routine without being in a heated room nor requiring extraordinary flexibilty. The class will be capped at 20-students.
Students who reserve online will have priority.
The class will be taught by Mary Laurel Varghese. Mary Laurel has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She has a 200-hour teaching certification through Yoga Alliance. When she isn’t on her yoga mat, she is a wife and mom of two beautiful children. She also works as a nurse practitioner at Travelers Rest Internal Medicine. She enjoys dancing, reading, hiking, long walks to the park, and creative kitchen experimenting.
