Physical Therapy in Greenville, SC — Specialized for Active Adults 40-60+
Most physical therapy clinics make you feel like a number. Your care suffers because you’re being treated with 2–3 other patients at once. And most of the one-on-one clinics serve a younger population wanting a quick fix — not active adults 40-60+ who want a long term solution to avoid medications, injections, or surgery.

You Didn’t Come This Far to Slow Down
You’re not someone who gives up easily. That’s why you’ve pushed through the pain longer than you should have. But at some point it starts affecting everything.
You’ve stopped or modified workouts involving squats, lunges, running, or weight lifting. And it still hurts.
You’re hesitant to head to Paris Mountain or the Swamp Rabbit Trail because you don’t know if your body will hold up.
You’re struggling to keep up with your family the way you want to and it’s starting to affect your relationships.
You’ve tried traditional PT, chiropractic, rest, and YouTube exercises. The pain keeps coming back.
You might go months or years without taking action. That indecision just prolongs the pain and keeps you further from the life you want. The first step is simply finding out what’s actually wrong and whether we’re the right fit to help you.
Not All Physical Therapy Is the Same
Most people who are still hurting have already tried something. The problem usually isn’t effort. It’s that nothing has actually addressed the source.
You May Have Already Tried…
- ✗A corporate PT clinic where you spent more time alone doing generic exercises than working with a specialist. You’re seen for 10 minutes and sent on your way.
- ✗Doctors who spent 5 minutes with you just to offer more meds or a referral for injections or surgery.
- ✗Chiropractic, massage, stretching, or YouTube exercises that helped temporarily but didn’t fix it.
- ✗Being told you’re just getting older and should slow down.
Movement Solutions Is for You If…
- ✓You’re interested in a long-term solution. Not a quick fix that provides temporary relief.
- ✓You want honest answers, a clear plan, and treatment that feels personalized to you.
- ✓You want to get back to the activities that matter, whether that’s lifting, hiking, golf, pickleball, or keeping up with your family.
- ✓You understand that real recovery takes real work, and you’re ready to commit to it.

OCS
Dr. Tim Varghese founded Movement Solutions in 2017 after becoming frustrated with a healthcare system that focused on quantity over quality, generic care, and temporary fixes instead of real solutions.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical College of Georgia and received advanced certifications in orthopedics, strength and conditioning, and movement-based rehabilitation. His approach focuses on finding the true source of the problem rather than simply treating symptoms, so active adults 40-60+ can get back to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Tim enjoys life with his wife, Mary Laurel, and their three children. They attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Greenville and strive to live in light of the gospel.
