Meet The Movement Solutions Team
Physical Therapy In Greenville, SC
Our Story
If you’re active and you’re struggling with pain or injury, you will need to find a physical therapist who understands how to help you in the context of health, fitness, and the activities that you enjoy most.
But here’s something you may not realize, especially, if you think you can just go anywhere for physical therapy.
Not all physical therapy is the same. Most physical therapists’ experience is limited to an inactive or fragile population.
Even the really good physical therapists are handcuffed by a system that compromises quality by forcing them to treat 2-3 patients at one time.
Tim Varghese, PT, DPT founded Movement Solutions in 2017 to provide a higher standard of care. Movement Solutions is for you if:
- you want an active lifestyle and value your health
- you want one-to-one attention with an expert who specializes in helping active adults
- you have meaningful goals and are motivated to succeed
- you have a strong mindset and understand that proper recovery takes time.
- you love to learn and want to feel empowered to take care of your own body
Specifically, this is for you if you’ve
- Been let down by doctors who only spend 5 minutes with you and end up prescribing “more pills”
- “Tried everything” like chiropractic, massage, stretching, or “YouTube exercises”
- Been told by friends or family that you should just rest and take things easy
- Tried surgery before, but ended up disappointed with the results
- Been through traditional PT before but were let down by the poor experience and outcome
In addition, Movement Solutions is for you if you want to feel comfortable with your provider, knowing that working together is a good fit.
You will receive transformative results if you:
- are health-conscious, active, or have a desire to get back to being active
- understand that effective rehabilitation is a process and “quick fixes” are unlikely
- are passionate, determined, and have a high pain tolerance (typically why you may have waited so long to seek treatment in the first place!)
Our best clients have deep and meaningful reasons for being active. Ultimately, they want to:
- Relieve stress through exercise
- Restore their health and develop longevity
- Maintain independence and mobility
- Develop a deep understanding of their pain and prevent future injury
- Prove all of the nay-sayers wrong
- Get back long lost mobility, body awareness, and confidence
- “Age gracefully”
- Be able to care for their aging parents or young grandchildren
- Live life without limitations
Movement Solutions was founded with the values of the active population in mind. Your goals are at the forefront so you receive the best service, care, and results possible. You will experience a people first, patient second philosophy. You will receive one-to-one care and build lasting relationships with our team. You will leave with all your questions answered and needs met as it relates to your care.
Our mission is to help the middle-aged population of Greenville overcome pain, move well, and be active so they can live happier and healthier lives. The process involves hands-on treatment to alleviate pain and discomfort, exercises to restore mobility and movement, and a plan to develop strength and durability. After all, you want to be active for years to come.
Are you ready to get back to lifting, running, hiking, or sport? Do you want to become more active? If so, we would love to partner with you and help you achieve your goals.
