Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
in Greenville, SC

Restore Strength. Regain Control. Move with Confidence.

Pelvic floor dysfunction doesn’t always show up as dramatic pain or visible symptoms. Sometimes, it’s the quiet struggles—leaking when you laugh, a deep ache in the hips or back, unexplained core weakness, or discomfort during daily movement—that signal something deeper is going on.

At Movement Solutions, we help adults address these issues with a movement-based approach to pelvic floor physical therapy—one that treats the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, chronic pelvic pain, or lingering pressure and instability, we meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting relief.

Pelvic Health Is More Than Just Kegels

There’s a common belief that pelvic floor rehab is just about doing more Kegels. But the truth is, your pelvic floor is part of a complex system—interconnected with your hips, spine, core, and even how you breathe and move during everyday tasks.

That’s why our approach at Movement Solutions integrates full-body movement, strength training, and breathwork to support not just the pelvic floor, but your overall function and quality of life.

This isn’t passive therapy. It’s active recovery designed to help you feel stronger and more in control.

What We Treat

We work with both men and women who are experiencing a wide range of pelvic floor issues, including:

  • Chronic pelvic pain or pressure
  • Urinary leakage or incontinence
  • Postpartum recovery
  • Prolapse symptoms
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction linked to back or hip pain
  • Pain with sex or during daily movement
  • Core instability or diastasis recti
  • Tailbone pain
  • Difficulties returning to exercise after childbirth or surgery

You don’t have to “just live with it.” These issues are common—but they’re not normal, and they’re absolutely treatable.

Meet Dr. Nia Kenya

Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Dr. Nia Kenya holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University and brings advanced training in both orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy. Her passion lies in helping people move better—whether that’s lifting weights in the gym or simply enjoying pain-free daily life.

What drew Dr. Nia to pelvic floor therapy was an everyday but often overlooked reality: many women silently suffer from issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and core weakness—especially in their 40s–60s+. Too often, these challenges are seen as “normal” or untreatable. Dr. Nia is on a mission to change that.

Pelvic floor therapy goes beyond just treating muscles—it’s about restoring confidence, reclaiming control, and feeling good in your body again. Dr. Nia creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of their health.
She’s proud to bring this transformative care to Movement Solutions and looks forward to helping more people get the personalized treatment they deserve.
