Dear Greenville Resident,
Do you wake most mornings feeling exhausted and like you never really went to sleep? Do you find yourself tossing and turning unable to rest because of persistent shoulder pain? Do you have trouble reaching, lifting, or carrying things? Are you worried your pain may cause you to miss activities like tennis and golf, weight training, gardening, swimming, beach vacations, or quality time with your grandchildren?
If you answered 'YES' to any of these questions and you're an active adult between the ages of 40-60+ that has suffered from shoulder pain for more than one month, please pay attention. You could save yourself time, money, stress, and most importantly, your active lifestyle.
Most active adults don't have debilitating shoulder pain. Instead, they silently suffer from a low-grade but stubborn pain in their shoulder — along with the added worry that one day, the pain will get worse and cause them to forego their active lifestyle.
And they’re probably right. Over time, minor aches and pain can lead to more serious problems. Unfortunately, these otherwise healthy and strong adults are often told to "slow down" and advised to mask their pain with medications.
If you've experienced shoulder pain like this, you have a growing problem that won't go away on its own. However, I have good news for you. Every day, middle-aged people in Greenville are overcoming shoulder pain without surgery through specialized physical therapy programs that restore movement and develop strength. These people are getting back to an active life even if there has been a diagnosis of a rotator cuff tear, labrum tear, impingement, bursitis, or tendonitis.
These programs are incredibly effective, yet often overlooked by doctors and insurance companies who prefer medications, injections, and surgeries. Because there’s so much misinformation about shoulder pain, we’ve decided to offer 14 shoulder consultations for people who are interested in overcoming their shoulder pain without surgery and getting back to an active life.
Here's What's included:

"For years I was dealing with neck and shoulder pain that became persistent. I decided to do something about it when I was in too much pain to exercise and it was generally putting me in a bad mood. As a 40 year old man I dealt with pain by exercising through it or taking a bunch of ibuprofen. However, this was no longer cutting it.
A few of my friends recommended seeing a physical therapist. I was very skeptical about it to say the least, thinking it was only for severely debilitated elderly or post-operative patients.
Movement Solutions developed a program specific to my needs/goals and gave me a daily plan to follow.
After 6 weeks, I’m nearly pain free and getting back to lifting weights and exercising under the guidance of Dr. Tim. We are now working to improve my weight lifting techniques to prevent recurrence of pain and injury.
Go to Movement Solutions, I am confident they can help."

"I went to see Tim for a shoulder issue I had been dealing with for a few months. His approach is one of the best, if not the best, in the area. I have seen other PT's in the area for similar issues and never has anyone looked at anything beyond the problem area. Tim takes you through an entire body movement assessment that is designed to find all the weakness/issues you may have. Through this process, I am leaving with a better squat and deadlift; oh, and my shoulder works again as well. He may not be the cheapest option, but the results and knowledge I received from Tim more than make up for it. If you are in the greater Greenville area and even moderately serious about health and fitness, Tim is the guy you need to see if you get injured.

I went to see Tim about a shoulder issue. The work I have done with him has helped tremendously in getting strength and range of motion back. Tim is very knowledgeable and he has used a number of treatment modalities to fix the problem(s). I can't recommend Tim highly enough. There is no reason to be in pain and have limited activities. Go see Tim. You will be glad you did.
